Dartboard Finder is operated by QiSpark Pty Ltd. This page explains the cookies and similar technologies we use, what each one does, and how to change your mind. It sits alongside our privacy policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
Your choices
Two cookies are strictly necessary and stay on: one remembers the choices on this page, and one signs administrators in. The site does not need a cookie to remember the location you pick. That location is kept in local storage on your device, described below. Whether analytics and advertising cookies are on before you choose depends on where you are:
- In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, nothing optional is loaded until you agree to it.
- Everywhere else, analytics and advertising start enabled, and we tell you so when you first visit. You can turn them off at any time.
We work out which applies from the country your connection comes from. Either way you can review or change your choices whenever you like:
Withdrawing consent clears the cookies we can reach and reloads the page so the relevant scripts are no longer running. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not clear a location saved in local storage on your device; clearing this site's data does.
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work. These remember your cookie choices and sign administrators in. The location you pick is saved on your device and sent with near-me requests to sort nearby venues. We do not store it in our database or use it for tracking. These cookies cannot be turned off.

Analytics
Helps us understand which venues, leagues and areas people look for so we can improve the listings. We only ever look at this in aggregate.

Advertising
Lets Google show the ads that pay for running the site, tailor them to you, and measure whether they worked. With this off we do not show you ads at all.

Other data stored on your device
The country and area you pick are stored in local storage on your device, under df_countrycode, df_locationid, df_granularity and df_location_label. A separate flag, df_location_prompted, records that we have already asked for your location. If you use "near me" and allow location, the coordinates are stored the same way, together as df_point, for as long as that location is showing. They are saved on your device and sent with near-me requests to sort nearby venues. We do not store them in our database or use them for tracking. They are not cookies, and your cookie choices do not turn them on or off. They are removed when you change the location, reset it, change country, or clear this site's data. Coordinates still stored as df_lat and df_lng are copied into df_point once, and those older keys are then removed. Visitors who still have the older location cookies have those values copied into local storage once; the cookies are then removed.
When their category is on, Microsoft Clarity keeps a session identifier in session storage (_cltk) and Google AdSense keeps its ad settings in local storage (google_ama_config). Turning the category off removes these along with the cookies.
Google Maps loads when you use the venue map or search by distance. If you use "near me", your browser asks for permission before reading your position. The coordinates are kept on your device as described above, and are sent with the listing request for that city so results can be ordered by distance. We do not store them in our database or use them for tracking. They are removed when you pick a place yourself, change country, or reset the location.
International transfers
Google and Microsoft process analytics and advertising data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where that involves personal data of people in the UK, EEA or Switzerland, those transfers rely on the vendors' standard contractual clauses and, for the United States, the EU-US and UK-US Data Privacy Frameworks.
